[3.3.x] Support Forum • Registration does not proceed with defualt language

Guys

I have two languages on my forum the registration for the default language does not work when new users click on agreeing on the terms of service it just refreshes the page and does not proceed but other language works ok.

Any tips on where to look for a solution?
