What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable? This problem became noticeable once I setup SMTP and tried to sign up on my website.
Please describe your problem. First I would like to say this site is just an experiment.
When trying to sign up on my site, you will never receive the activation email. The activation email gets bounced back. However, the test email function build in to PHPBB works fine and you will receive the test email telling you everything is configured correctly.

Per our technicians' check, it is needed to fix the following issues: SUBJ_EXCESS_QP: Checks for excessive use of quoted-printable (QP) encoding in the email subject line.
TO_EXCESS_QP: To header that contains encoded characters while quoted-printable is not needed as all symbols are 7bit.
