I have some users who sometimes post new topics in a burst, even 10 in a single hour.
Now, in order not to make the forum single-user, I would like to know if there is a limit that can be set for users, that if they open a new topic, they have to wait like 4 hours to open another one first. obviously no limit on messages. Please let me know if there is any option or some extension that allows you to do this. Thank you
