There’s no reason Wordpress won’t work with PHP 8.3, assuming it’s up to date of course, see:

WordPress can use PHP 8, and it is recommended to use PHP 8.3 with WordPress 6.4.2 for compatibility and better performance. If you are using an older WordPress version, you can test your site with WordPress 6.4 in a staging environment.

As noted PHP 7.4 went EOL over a year ago.

Yes, a few times as per the link in the previous post to yours that P_I posted. phpBB works fine using PHP 8.2 and even 8.3 and so does Wordpress by the looks of it.
