Unfortunately "Board" in French = le forum (which is perfectly OK and no mistake on your part). Perhaps Forum de discussion or Panneau de discussion would be better suited, or Tribune (shorter but that's too similar to tribunal).Yes you're right, it's the list of forums (I though forum==board, I'm a french speaker).
Same problem with Dutch: board = raad or even bestuur. But forum is also used in the sense of a place for discussion.
In English I've got the habit of using "Board" vs "forum" to make the distinction clear. As long as there's context, it's usually perfectly clear what exactly is meant. (the context was there so there wasn't really any confusion on my part).
