[3.3.x] Support Forum • I have ACP panel but not full admin

Hi. i have come a fair way now with setting up the new site from the existing database restore and up to date with 3.3.11.
before the previous site founder left, he added me and another to be admins.

I can see the acp panel on the original and the restored site. i can carry out some actions e..g delete post activate user etc.

However. when I go to check on the admin group to set the correct users up. I get an error saying that I am not authorised to see that.
I cannot also set myself up as a founder.

what can i do about this (on the new site in particular)
