Agreed .. BUT ... the STK (for 3.3.11) is not official and IMHO should not be used by the "less experienced".Yes that's why I was talking about the STK, you have a complete tool which allows you to add users and this avoids an extension.
Aside from that, creating a user using the regular Register system avoids having to upload the STK, using that completely new tool and then removing the STK (as it should not be left on the server ).
