[3.3.x] Support Forum • Receiving 500 errors upon performing certain actions in AdminCP. (Possibly related to Language files)

What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable? Certain actions in AdminCP, such as searching for a member under Users and Groups > Manage Users or Ban emails, IPs, or users section.
Please describe your problem. To preface, I had installed phpBB via a one-click installer, but then fully removed the installing, as well as removing the files via file manager on my host.

After installing a fresh version of PhpBB 3.3.11, and logging into the AdminCP, I receive 500 errors upon performing certain actions. Such as Managing users in AdminCP, or selecting the section for Banning users, IPs, or emails. When I selected to view PHP Errors with my host, I received the following error messages. Seeming to do with language files?
