Hello Brf,The "To" address for emails would be the address in the user settings for the admin in question. That admin's Notification Settings determine which emails he receives.

What are to steps to get to that setting?
As I understand your post, each person with admin or moderator privileges needs to make that setting for themselves. Sounds reasonable. Do I understand this correctly?
I log on with my admin account. Without activating ACP or MCP, visit each of the created forums. In each of them is a check box item named: Subscribe forum. They are all checked. What must I do to get an email notification when someone registers on this bulletin board?
Edit: Logged on with my admin account. Opened User Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit account settings. Set my email address there. Logged out, and registered with a new user ID. No email notification was received. Where is the setting that will cause me to be notified when someone registers?
