I think I had replaced config.php with the earlier one.

I did not see any mention of a database update on Install. However, I will follow the instructions, after some time.

www.victoria.org.in is the same as victoria.org.in so set your cookie domain to .victoria.org.in

prosilver is still v 3.3.11 so if your database version mention 3.3.13 (or even 3.3.14) there's a mismatch between database version and files version.

The config.php defines (among other things) the database to connect to. What's the difference between the config.php you replaced and the one you're using?

As to the a mention of a database update. When starting the update, there should be be an option to update database only.
