Please describe your problem. When a new user tries to register, he received the Registration terms, which he should agree on. Once he does, he s redirected to a registration page to include his username, password, email address, and confirmation of registration. He fill those fields and clicks on submit, only to re redirected back to the registration terms (https://cichlidae.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=register).

I gather that it may an issue related to cookies. My cookie setting is:
