It's strange, the following screenshot shows the permissions in Forum Group Permissions (I chose a forum at random)>Registered users>Advanced permissions and everything seems to be ok but I don't understand how the hell they manage to publish posts as important or even global.Check ‘Can post stickies’, ‘Can post announcements’ and ‘Can post global announcements’ permissions for the registered user group in group forum permissions advanced permissions. Have you got any extensions installed?
