[3.3.x] Support Forum • password_hash error at installation

Hi, I am installing a fresh Phpbb 3.3.11 and after the installer finished I get the following message:
I already increased PHP-Memory Limit in php.ini to 512M but it does not solve the problem. The Admin User that was created during installation has no Password hash in phpbb_users table, it is just empty so no hash was generated at installation and I am not able to login. If I create a hash by myself and enter it in phpbb_users into user_password field I am able to login but only once. After successfull login the user_password is empty again. I know this in not a phpbb problem but I hope somebody has a tip for me to solve this.
